The Black Monastery was a convention of Sabbat vampires in 1666 CE where many of the Sabbat Paths of Enlightenment were developed into their modern forms. 

The Monastery[edit | edit source]

The physical monastery where the convention took place was located in Basel, Switzerland on the Swiss border with both France and Germany. It was a former Augustine monastery similar to the Hospice of St. Bernard.

Development of the Paths[edit | edit source]
