Beth Greenberg, known on hunter-net.org as Veritas292, is an American hunter. She was originally a Redeemer, and posted regular "journals" on Hunter-Net describing her meetings with a vampire named Nicholas. As an avowed pacifist, she was determined to find a way for humans and monsters to co-exist.
Joshua Matthews used details from these journals to track her down, intending to persuade her that her approach was wrong. Beth tried to warn Nicholas that Joshua was coming to kill not only him, but all of his employees and contacts; Nicholas intercepted Joshua at Beth's home and tried to kill him, cruelly dismissing Beth's pleas to stop. Joshua used an Edge to cause Beth to snap and stake Nicholas; she proceeded to dismember him with a meat cleaver.[1]
