Biography[]
Originally a mortal bishop, Alphonso was Embraced by Khay'tall as a means to sow corruption within the Church. While a very intelligent person in his own right, Alphonso did not believe that he served Set. Instead, he saw himself as a servant of Lucifer, syncretizing his sire's belief with his own Christian doctrine to come to the conclusion that corruption and evil are necessary to balance virtue. This was heresy to the Hierophants as well as the Children of Judas. Despite their best efforts, Alphonso's heresy spread across Europe, enticing childer with a familiar mindset and the allure of decadence.
