Basir is a member of the Assamite clan that runs with the Anarchs. He lacks the talent and discipline to be a true assassin but he hopes to find a way to gain himself some respect from his clan.

Background

Basir was an orphan who ran in the streets of Ankara, Turkey. He became an enforcer for a local crime lord which brought him to the attention of the Assamite clan when Basir stopped a Giovanni ghoul and destroyed a zombie sent to kill his boss.

The Assamites decided to use Basir even though taking new clan members from the streets was unorthodox. It did bring advantages, but true Assamites rarely come from such stock. Basir joined the clan willingly having few better prospects in his life.

Few people from Basir’s neighborhood lived past 20, so Basir thought he didn’t have any other choice. He revels in his new state and enjoys feeding from mortals. He also enjoys killing and he has a lot of excuses to do so.

Appearance

Basir is dark-haired and has a swarthy complexion. He dresses in black leather whenever possible and does his best to emulate the American media’s image of a biker.
