Alyss the Norn is a Troll Grump in Concordia.
Overview[]
So long as any commoner can remember, there has always been Alyss the Norn. This wrinkled grump has been the destination of pilgrims and distraught lovers since the Shattering. She appears as a stooped old troll woman with grey braids that drag along the ground. She speaks in the language of the petitioner, but always with a thick Gaelic accent. She is purported to be the most powerful seeress in all of Concordia, mastering the Art of Soothsay, and has been known to exhibit advanced mastery of Sovereign as well. It is said that all who seek her for a just cause will find her, and all who seek her for ill will find their just desserts.
