VTM V20 Character from Patras By Night Larp
Alex was born in Greece on 13/02/1870. He has English roots,
as he is descended from one of the oldest families of England's high society. He is the second son of Eskel I and Olenna Proudmoore I .
As we all know, Greece gained its independence from the Ottoman Empire with the London Protocol, which was agreed upon
by Greek Britain, France and Russia on January 22, 1830.
Thus, many blue-blooded families bought land for the price of breadcrumbs and built beautiful structures on islands, as well as in the capital of Greece. Thus, Alex spent his childhood years in Athens and on various islands. He grew to love the myths of Ancient Greece, and his favorite place to wander was at the Acropolis, where he would listen to stories about Achilles and Hercules.Afterwards, he went to England. As was custom for the sons of noblemen, they had to be trained in both family duties and responsibilities they held for the King of England. He attended a private Catholic school and was accepted into the St. George Academy with the highest marks, where he studied Medicine: General Surgery (1888 – 1900). He didn't care for politics and was happy to be the family's secondborn son. He was focused on his scientific studies and tending to people who were in pain. Everyone at the hospital adored him and, though it went against custom, he secretly visited families in need and donated money to the poor.
Upon my honor,
I will develop my life for the greater good. I will place character above riches, and concern for others above personal wealth. I will never boast, but cherish humility instead. I will speak the truth at all times, and forever keep my word. I will defend those who cannot defend themselves. I will honor and respect women, and refute sexism in all its guises. I will uphold justice by being fair to all. I will be faithful in love and loyal in friendship. I will abhor scandals and gossip-neither partake nor delight in them. I will be generous to the poor and to those who need help. I will forgive when asked, that my own mistakes will be forgiven. I will live my life with courtesy and honor from this day forward. I will not fear death and if he comes i'll watch him with respect.
