Alestro is a homid Ahroun of the Black Furies tribe that lives in the El Dorado Umbral realm, connected to the Amazon Jungle.
Biography[]
Alestro, like the rest of her sept, has pledged to defend the ancient mage El Dorado from outsiders. To this end, she carries silver-tipped arrows and spears aplenty, ever ready to sink them in a Black Spiral Dancers' fetid hide. The war for the Amazon hardened her very quickly, giving her plenty of opportunity to practice her skills while fueling her mistrust. She has met with the Mokolé and Bastet before and can properly and politely deal with them. Many non-native Garou would be grateful to have her as a guide, but her distrust of their motives keeps her distant.
She's typically not very outgoing, but she appreciates help when it's offered. However, Alestro does not tolerate idiots who overestimate their own capabilities and has no love for the outsider Garou either. She trusts only the Uktena and other Black Furies while keeping quiet to her own counsel for the most part of the time; in her perspective, only those who grew up fighting the Amazon war have any idea what's really at stake.
Appearance[]
Alestro is a traditional Amazonian Black Fury. Even in homid form she wears very little clothing. She seems to be of native South American descent; there is still a trace of her ancestral Greek heritage in her face, but it is hardly obvious. She appears to be about 18 years old. Her Crinos and Lupus forms are large, lean and black.
