Aleister Crowley is a 6th generation Malkavian and a famous occultist of Britain. It is known that Crowley diablerised his Sire.
Biography[]
Out of rebellion with his strict Christian upbringing he lived a life of excess. Pursuing a career in the occult mingling Hermetic Arts with Cult of Ecstasy ways, the latter Tradition considering him one of their own. He influenced many Awakened and sleepers on the way, popularizing the darker side of magick. Between 1904 and 1921 Crowley falls to a Nephandic Path.
Crowley was Embraced by a Malkavian pawn of Prince Mithras of London and convinced he was a member of Clan Tremere. The Prince was aiming to make the occultist threaten the Masquerade and embarrass his rival clan to severely weaken their political position in the British Isles. Crowley ran wild, appalling mortal society, threatening the Masquerade at every turn and sickening the Kindred of Britain. His actions seriously embarrassed the Tremere and weakened their political position severely. The occult revival was stalled, and even after the truth of the matter was discovered, the ruse had done its work. As a result, the Tremere ceased most of their activities, and by the end of World War I they were once more almost invisible.
One Virtual Adept claims he gave Crowley's termination order during the post-WWII Nephandi clean-up. And rumors insist he was killed in 1947 by NWO agents.
