Lord Adolph Nonesuch was a Malkavian native to Vienna, and a contemporary and associate of Sigmund Freud.

Biography[]

He was known for his admiration on Freud's theories and for his fascination with fire, even being able to enter some sort of prophetic trance if he looked long enough into a flame without succumbing to Rötschreck. Lord Nonesuch funded many of Freud's researches and even published his own treatises on the phenomenon of zoophagy (a mania for the consumption of animal blood), an affliction that is also known to form in many ghouls over extended periods of time in service.

As a wealthy scholar, his compilation of essays and thorough investigations concerning the phenomenon of zoophagy helped cover several breaches of the Masquerade. He is always eager to speak about his work, and enjoyed extended stays in asylums, eager to analyze the variations of psychosis, and considered Renfield his "prize specimen", and studied the ghoul extensively while he was confined to the London Asylum.

Nonesuch has also studied under the esteemed Kindred archaeologist Aristotle de Laurent, and is well-schooled in prophecy and lore.
