Events[]
- Ghost- and demon-hunter Jacob Whesker is killed in a car accident, sending shockwaves through the paranormal community. His sons Sean and Dylan continue in their father's footsteps, and begin gaining their own reputation, although some in the community maintain they're giving paranormal investigators a bad name.[1]
- The Camarilla bans "Anarchs Unbound". Justicars and Archbishops alike begin to hunt techno-savvy neonates down, believing that they collaborate with the Red Question.[2]
- Pluto is no longer classified as a planet, instead being reclassified as a "plutoid". Meros leaves his realm in the Aetherial and wanders through the boundaries of the Deep Umbra.[3] It still acts as the Shard Realm of Entropy.
- The Greylocke Incident: New World Order Agents attack a Hermetic Chantry in the Pacific Northwest to avert potentially disastrous Paradox. The attack ends in disaster, with hundreds of personnel killed by a rogue Forces effect. NWO leadership blames Iteration X gear and bans it from field use, causing a rift between the Conventions.[4][5]
- New advances in cloning technology allow FACADE to begin Project: Pulse, which involves seeding the New World Order with their own agents to keep the Convention from beginning a potentially disastrous civil war within the Union.[6]
