Events[]
- An edition of Golden Truths by Myles de Selby, later discovered by Stephen in 2012, is published sometime in this decade.[1]
- The Fire-Touched use the rapid growth of Alice Springs, Australia, to insert themselves in the infrastructures of the city. Many Forsaken in the area are killed or converted.[2]
- A burial mound is discovered near Detroit, which contains a a reptilian skull attached to a human skeleton. The skull is lost shortly afterwards.[3]
- Two mages are born in what will become the House of the Dolorous Twins near Albany, New York.[4]
- Ehlzahdha, under the name Elohim Masada, co-authors a book on New Age architecture.[5]
Early 1970s[]
- Manned Moon landings provide a veritable smörgåsbord of spiritual raw materials to the idigam trapped there.[6]
- The first tales of the horror Mr. Let-Me-In begin to spread in Maine.[7]
Late 1970s[]
- Bishopsgate Director Sendak convinces the Board of Trustees to sell hospital assets to various companies so as to solve the hospital's financial woes. The companies' jockeying prevents adequate treatment for the patients. Thomas Bateman, Sendak's assistant, unofficially is running the hospital.[8]
