- The Garou hunt many of the Gumagan of Southern Australia, reducing their numbers on the main continent drastically.[1]
- The Straussen Academy is founded by Magister Hermann Straussen bani Bonisagus in upstate New York.[2]
January[]
- England's First Fleet arrives first in Botany Bay[3], and then discovers Sydney's Cove, at which they found Sydney town on January 26th. Some Garou (secretly, of course) accompanied the voyage (mostly Silver Fangs and Bone Gnawers, possibly Fianna as well), and so this is the first known presence of non-Bunyip Garou in Australia. When it was established that the Bunyip existed in Australia, much to the surprise of the rest of the Garou, King Earl Blaze of the Silver Fangs declared them agents of the Wyrm due to their refusal of all attempts at contact, despite months of effort on the part of non-native Garou. Raymond Hawkins of the Children of Gaia was exiled when he objected to this.[4] See the article for Earl Blaze for more detailed information.
