- 1330-1420: The Plague Years. Vicious series of plagues rip Europe — some are mundane, some are not. In retaliation, known magi are attacked, Covenants thrown down by Daedaleans and mortals alike.[1][2]
- Beginning of the College Wars. Order of Hermes and Order of Reason vie for great minds of Europe; both establish or infiltrate universities across the continent, selecting promising pupils as apprentices or allies. Most conflict is academic and political. College Wars last until 1500.[1] Considered by some to be the beginning of the Ascension War.[3][4][5]

- March 21: Paris University Purge begins. Assassination-by-Scourge of Andreas Litolff, bani Bonisagus, followed by pogrom. Cosians and Gabrielites hunt magi throughout Paris.[1][6]
