The '57 Chevy is a spirit in the form of the aforementioned car.
Overview[]
Appearing as some kind of cross between a Chevy and a rhino, this spirit has warty, plated sides with seams that appear to be folds of skin. The interior is filled with garbage.
Those who enter the vehicle become trapped inside of it; the doors do not open from the inside and the windows repair themselves if broken. Victims are treated to visions of past drivers and nightmare landscapes filled with other spirits. Meanwhile, the spirit drains some sort of energy from them.
According to a short tale transcribed by a man named Edward Holcomb, this spirit was spawned by a '57 Chevy Bel Air after Lem Ebberds crashed it at the Smithonia Mill Bridge.
